A meal prep game changer and time saver!
This works fantastic! No more shredding my fingers on a box grater!! This was easy to put together, though the instructions on how to install and remove the metal disks are a bit vague, so you do have to work at it a bit the first few times (very carefully because they are sharp) to get the hang of it. The machine itself is very simple and easy to use and is very powerful. It even will grind or chop sweet potatoes which no other chopper I have ever owned has been able to do. There is a small amount of wastage which is unavoidable, but it is pretty minimal once you figure out the best way to position your food items in the feeder chute. You do need a decent sized bowl to catch the food as it comes out because it exits pretty forcefully, much faster than I expected. I was able to process large amounts of veggies in almost no time at all. This works great for cheese as well. It is very easy to disassemble and clean too! I am very happy with this it is such a time saver!

Slices and grates well
I was originally concerned about the strength of the motor as some produce/cheeses can be quite dense. This slicer/grater has a powerful enough motor to do the job right. Vegetables go through easily but cheeses require a slower, smoother pushing motion the keep the motor from bogging down. The blades are very sharp and work well as long as the food is not "forced" down in the chute. One concern I have is changing blades. There is a small outer flange clip which holds the blade in place and must be pushed outward to release the blade disc for cleaning. The actual cutting surfaces are near this clip so you need to take care in removing a cutting disc. Other than that precaution, the product works well for slicing and grating.

Nice little food processor
I have a big Cuisinart food processor with several bowls and different blades and it's amazing, and a lot to get out for a few chopped veggies. The Bonnor Electric Cheese Grater works great to slice some cucumber, shred cheese, or chop hard boiled eggs for egg salad. It's pretty easy to clean, has 3 blades for shredding, slicing, and one for making long shreds for veggie noodles.The design is good, nice suction cups on the feet to keep it from shifting, cord guide, easy on and off button.I know I will use this during the holidays for prep a lot!

Good gadget but lots of room for improvement
I really wanted to love this and maybe just maybe it’ll get easier with time. This machine so far has left me questioning things.Just took this out of the box and wanted to make carrot salad. Decided to rinse all the components. While I was wiping down the under side of the base that sits on the unit - I was getting a lot of black coloring transferring. I rationed that it wasn’t touching the food so it would be fine. Just not sure why it was wiping off black.Now the positives about this unit. Firstly is that it works. It comes with suction cups on the bottom of the unit to secure it to the countertop. It’s fairly easy to assemble though the instructions on changing blades could be slightly clearer. The unit is easy to clean as well. And it does work.Now the drawbacks where they could make improvements for future models. The machine is loud. The motor is really strong and goes only at one speed. This can be problematic. What I noticed is that the machine, even though secured to the countertop wobbled and moved when I had a carrot starting to shred. It was only when I got the push down part in the unit that it stopped wobbling. Maybe an adjustable speed motor could help with that wobble problem.The chute for the veggies isn’t angled quite right. It gets most of it where it needs to go but there are some that get flown out in other directions. There is nothing really directing the output. I had a carrot covered countertop when I was done shredding my 3 full sized carrots.I immediately cleaned the unit with soap and water. To my surprise the inside plate that spins and houses the shredding plate - it suddenly had a green hue. I get that slight discoloration will happen over time but on the first run took me by surprise and makes me question a little what the vegetable juices are reacting to and if it’s really safe.I plan to use the gadget a little more and see if my love for it improves. I’m just not so sure it will. I had high hopes too. Overall ok but don’t expect much.

Love this machine!
