I love this deep fryer it was so worth the upgrade! Not only does it stay on all the time if that’s what you want but you can choose to heat only one side up or both. My old one cooked so much oil into the food this one is so good you barely get any oil in the food at all. Great product worth every penny and I got it fast. I would say it’s good for your home or your restaurant love it..
It’s too big
This Electric Stainless Steel Deep Fryer if perfect for using at home! I am sure it will also work commercially in some cases. It has been convenient to use, with settings that are simple to operate. The functionality is reliable, and works well. It is important to me that it is easy to clean, for no buildup and not pleasant smell — that would be a dealbreaker for me. It fried efficiently and evenly, and is a solid and durable fryer. We do store it away after each use.I am a healthy eater and vegetarian (except for the pescatarian moments every now and then!). Other than grilled, sautéed, or baked salmon or sea bass, I will enjoy fish and chips on rare occasion, as I don’t eat fried foods much. My husband and son, on the other hand, love fish and chips and a couple of other fried foods (I am the official food police, so it is limited!). I have found this fryer to be a pleasant surprise for delicious fish and chips, hush puppies, and some vegetables that I can use my delicious secret batter for! Delicious, and so much fun for the family!
This fryer is made from quality material. It is great for frying things like chicken, fries, or making your own corn dogs. I would have liked it to get a little hotter, but it is okay. I just had to add a minute or two to a few foods to ensure they were cooked all the way through. It holds the temperature set well. I worked at restaurants when I was young, so it isn't hard for me to clean the fryer, baskets, or filter oil to allow longer use of oil. The value for the money is good.
Unfortunately, I deep fry quite a bit of things because honestly, it taste good! But depending on what kind of pan you use you end up using way more oil than you need or the pan is not big enough for what you’re frying or any other type of tragedy that you can run into. I’ve seen deep fryers like this, but I never thought I needed something this big however let me tell you after trying it out. This was actually so fun. I started deep frying french fries which worked amazing as you just pour them in the basket and submerge them in the hot oil. I’ve moved onto deep frying, catfish, french fries, and of course chicken and let me tell you if you have problems frying chicken, where one side is really dark as it sits on the pan or something. Definitely grab one of these deep fryers it’s gonna give you the prettiest fish and chicken that you have ever made and it’s so easy. All you do is add it to the basket and drop it. No more getting burned no more trying to turn them over running out of space in the pan. it’s so easy to use. I’m very happy with this. Try it out
It blew a fuse every time I tried to use both sides. The purpose of buying a double basket fryer was to be able to use both sides.
This electric deep fryer is very spacious and heats up quickly, reaching and maintaining the perfect temperature for frying. It’s well made and I haven’t had any issues using it. Works exactly as expected and makes frying so much easier!
