holy smoke!!!!!! this is the beast of all electric fryer, cooked our food really fast, the best part is, oh my goodness is how easy it is to clean, everything lifts up and out for you to clean it and the pan has little metal handlers on each side to lift out. the baskets are very well made, not flimsy at all, and they were easy to clean. the pan has smooth edge's that guide the oil out and no mess while pouring, used oil back in the bottle. yay!!! so far best dang fryer ever and did I mention, how freaking easy it is to clean. spend the money, it's worth it.

Good fryer but DO NOT go by the fill lines.

The fryer is overall pretty decent. But the oil min/max fill lines are wildly inaccurate. If you fill it to the max and then try to fry ANYTHING, the oil will come over the edge. I run the minimum on oil and even then, I'm careful not to fill the basket more than a 1/4 full and even at that, it's too close for my preference. To fill to the minimum line, it takes a little over 7 quarts of oil. This is good and bad... bad because it's a lot of oil and it takes a while to heat up and good because it's decent at holding temp (as long as you only fill the basket half full). With that said, it has produced the best results of any fryer I've ever had. I won't be sending it back because I like the results but I'm not sure I'd buy it again due to the safety concerns.

Inadequate heating and improper wiring

This is NOT a good fryer. I bought it to replace a 14 year old Adcraft. Thought I was saving some money but it isn’t worth it. First of all it is not wired properly. If it’s plugged in, even if the fryer is off, the power light is on. The worst issue is that it DOES NOT heat over 315-320 degrees. Soggy fries and undercooked chicken. The element is not large enough (in watts) for the amount of required oil. This also causes it to heat up slowly compared to smaller capacity fryers. I cook for 3-4 people. The smaller fryers are way more suitable for this many folks than this size regardless of manufacturer.I have set it aside and am ordering switches to repair my Adcraft

Works great until the power switch wit working

**EDIT** the seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement so everything is working as it should and I appreciate their best and friendly service. I do recommend this productWorks great as it should temperature seems to be on point. As someone mentioned previously The Fill lines are way higher than they need to be so don't use the high one unless you want it to overflow. This was working great for 4 months now but now the on and off switch does not work and I can't find any way of contacting the company to see if they're willing to resolve it or not so that's why I'll leave a lower star review.
