We bought a lovely set of Wusthof knives when we moved into our new house. That was 2001! I love to cook and use them daily. My husband bought these knife sharpeners and oh my goodness! I actually had to be careful because they worked so much better than before. Great purchase. Made old knives like new!
I love this thing, it sharpens very well but i feel like the sharpening weels on the second stage of sharpening could be stronger. Im not sure it why it makes more of a grinding noise on the first and third sharpening steps. It is easy to use and it does sharpen
I was reading many reviews and others had great reviews but the users were worried on purchases they made as their sharpener did not come with diamond blades. I found this model for only 10 bucks more with diamond sharpening so I am thrilled and the reviews were awesome for this sharpener. My son likes to cook and has been bugging me for months to purchase a quality knife sharpener.

I loved this thing for average kitchen knives, but I have some knives (Coolina) that are too heavy of metal for this sharpner

I think that’s pretty cool.Another Update: After they offered a full refund, they offered to send me a completely new sharpener. For the excellent customer service, I think they deserve 5/5 stars.
I have had many sharpeners over the years and must admit that this has been the best by far. Used it to sharpen all our kitchen knives and also my pocket knives and also a few swords. Would recommend as a final investment.
