Last evening I used this new heated lunchbox for the first time, it heated my food through perfectly in about 30 minutes ( leftover beef and noodles and mashed potatoes) and I was very pleased, I was exhausted when I got home from work and “ thought “ I had set the inner metal dish in the sink filled with water, got up this morning and realized that I had actually set the warming unit with the metal dish in the sink filled with water, I was upset with myself assuming that I had ruined the unit, I poured the water out of the warming unit including the outlet ☹️, allowed it to dry out completely, plugged it in and it worked perfectly like that had never happened!!! Easy to use warms up to hot awesomely

As reviewed in some YouTube videos electric lunch boxes like this does take a little time to warm up. I would say room temperature and food temperature play a role in how long it takes to warm up in average about 30 minutes so be planful. Other than that it works awesome I order the bigger 1.8 also it’s a little bigger but I love the first one so much I had to get another second one.
