Excellent machine. Ground 50# is pork to make sausage. Then used the spout to put into casings for the sausage. Took less time than I expected.I would it purchase it again.

It's ok not great kinda slow

Works ok, if you're not doing much with it will work for you. I did 2 deer in one day and took quite a while. The hole to drop meat into is pretty small and you have to cut the meat into small (maybe 2 inch) cubes, to work. I usually do 3-4 deer and a few hogs every season, and I wish I would have gone with something bigger. The one my dad uses I don't have to trim meat to any particular size as long as I'm not sending whole muscle groups in, it will grind. Just grinding with this isn't too bad, still a little slower, but when stuffing ground meat into 1 lb tubes it's super slow.
