This grinder is a beast! Ran 30lbs of venison through it 4 times to make hotdogs, it never flinched. Before using make sure you clean it good. It is very important to make sure the grinder is seated properly in the motor housing and that the locking bolt is very very tight. I contacted customer service with some questions, they say up to 48 hours for a reply but had replied within minutes and had the answers to all my questions.I am very pleased with this purchase.
