Seems to work ok but...
I have only used it once with thin round steak "cutlets". I will have to find some "not to thin, not to thick" round steak to really give it a test. After reading some reviews about the plastic gears that fail, I purchased a pair of metal gears for a back up. We have a "professional model Kitchenaid mixer that has plenty of power to operate the tenderizer. You can't tenderize Texas size chicken fried steaks but it will accept generous size steaks that will be perfect for most home fryer. Get ready to gain some weight after you get this as it is fun to use and allows you to make delicious entrees that require lots of cream gravy, mashed potatoes and Texas toast.

Great Product
Great product! Worked as designed with my Kitchen Aide upright mixer. I bought it too tenderize round steak into cubed steaks. Was not disappointed at all. Works great with chicken breasts too!

Great product
Great quality does exactly as advertised. Cleaning is simple if done right away. Do not use in dishwasher, will tarnish

One setting
It is only ok. I should have purchased one with adjustable thickness settings. I don’t know if it is me or the product but the product thickness is critical. Didn’t produce the cubing I was looking for

Works Okay
Works well, but only for thin pieces of meat especially beef steaks. I tried it with boneless chicken breasts also, it mangled them.
