It moves extremely slow even after charging

I charged it and it's moving extremely slow. From what I saw, the noodle makers are supposed to move quick. The charger that I was sent with this item is flimsy. I'm going to send it back if I can't get it to move faster. It's like the motor is dying. I can't catch a break with these noodle makers. I have health problems and can't just eat gluten noodles. With the luck I'm having, I sure wish that I could.
