You will have a learning curve with this, but once you know the correct temperature and cook time for your bread/dough type, this makes an excellent job of cooking your pizza. Downside? The instructions don't have anything about cooking, just assembly instructions. Note that the feet and tray handle are stored inside the heatproof gloves. I didn't think I needed the gloves and it wasn't till I did some further investigation that I discovered the parts.
Nice looking oven and it come with 2 pans and oven mitts- the Big negative is that food takes longer to cook and sometimes you need to raise temperature to finish cooking.
It is compact, efficient, cooks pizza evenly and makes it very crispy.
