With some care it works really well!
I love this thing. It brings enough heat for real pizza. I love pizza and make/proof my own dough and make my own sauce, so I will not settle for chucking it in the oven. It also works with store bought dough or reheating frozen pizza. It's a simply design with a big heating element on top and bottom and a stone in between. Extra tips: I like to preheat the stone - but how do you get the pizza constructed/transferred if the stone is 650+ degrees? - great question! I use a grill mat like - Renook Grill Mat Set of 6-100%; assemble the pizza on this while everything is heating up then put the pizza AND grill mat on the pizza oven. After the crust had cooked a bit I slide the grill mat out from under. I also lift the lid towards the end as I find the top cooks a little faster than the crust. I'm making too much of it It's really not hard and it's a fun night to customize two or three pizzas for the family (10-15 minutes cooking time a piece). Highly recommend.

Some difficulties with use
Right now my review is iffy. I have used the oven with some success. Getting the pizza on the hot stone was a challenge. The oven temp did not hold while trying to maneuver the pizza on and the temp never went above 500 while cooking. I made a very thin crust with only a cheese topping and it took 10 min to cook. The pizza was good and the crust crisp without burning the toppings The down size is the biggest pizza you can make is 12 inches so it is more like a personal pizza than for the family but several pizzas can be make quickly Clean up was easy but confusing. The tip card says don’t use water on the stone and then it says if using water don’t immerse The oven mits and pizza cutter we’re good but the spatulas were kind of useless as the dough sticks making transfer messy and difficult Just another note. I think I received a returned product. The condition of the box and the way the cord was wrapped as well as instruction book not in plastic bag make it look like someone returned the item If I can find a better way of getting my homemade dough on the stone without a mess I’ll give you 5 stars as the pizza was good

Makes everything taste bad
First of all, I bought this by mistake. That's on me. I intended to buy the Piezano brand, but clicked buy on this one instead. Looking at the appliance, it seemed decently made, so I figured I'd keep the purchase and try it out.That being said, I cannot recommend this pizza oven. The most minor issue is that the "pizza paddles" included appear to have been bought from some third party manufacturer who didn't know what they were making them for. They're way too small and made from materials unsafe for this kind of heat. I had to buy wooden pizza paddles from a third party.But that aside, so far I have cooked 6 pizzas in this pizza oven. It took some practice, but it seemed to cook well and the included instructions were easy to follow. Every single one of them (more than one batch of dough) have had this awful chemical aftertaste that's hard to describe and lingers on my tongue for hours afterwards. The good appears to be cooked well and evenly, but that awful taste makes it inedible if, for no other reason, concern I'm going to be made sick by whatever that chemical taste is coming from.Perhaps this is an issue with all such countertop pizza ovens, but this is the only one I have tried. So, I cannot recommend you buy this. Buy a different brand.
