I am so happy that I bought the grinder for salt and pepper. I am an elderly woman. The hands are getting bad and right now. All I do is push a button and everything comes out. It’s like magic. I am so thrilled. Thank you so much for having it.

Wow! I never knew how nice electric salt/pepper grinders were until I got these. They're really strong and stay powered for quite a long time. It's easy to get a large amount fairly quickly, but you can be pretty exact with how much or little you want. They use a lot of batteries. They also have a little stand to keep them upright/keep salt and pepper off the counter. There is a little light at the base of each grinder as well. These would be the perfect gift for someone with limited hand mobility such as arthritis because the button is very easy to push.
These grinders are really easy to load and use.The only issue I had was not noticing the arrows that need to line up to lock the bottom (into where the spices are loaded) and the top that holds the batteries and has the mechanism to grind the spice. (They each use four AAA batteries that are not included.)However, once I figured that out, it was simple to use.I like that there is a light that comes on as soon as you press the button to grind. It is really helpful, especially with the pepper since it helps you see how much you are grinding onto your food.These grinders are not fast – in fact – they grind slowly but, to me, that’s a plus. You can’t “un-spice” or “un-salt” something once it’s on the food.The stand is also helpful because it keeps any extra salt or pepper from getting onto your countertop or table. The stand can be easily cleaned too.One thing I did notice – you can adjust the type of grind from fine to coarse. However, on the rock salt, if some pieces get stuck in the mechanism, it makes it more difficult to switch from fine to coarse. I had to knock the grinder against my hand to loosen the course salt so that I could switch to a finer grind.It also comes with a little brush to clear/clean the grinding gears, if needed.
