This is used quite often in the break room at the office. It heats quickly, is easy to use and keep clean, and can be set in a cabinet when we need more counterspace. It is a good size for our needs, which is just an office of 8-10 people on an average day, so it is probably used at least 4-5 days a week.
I had a single burner hot plate but it was for induction use only, really limiting my use. This hot plate is usable with all pots and pans. It really comes in handy when I need more cooking space or even outdoors when I'm barbecuing. This would also be great for campers, tiny houses, or for use with a generator in case of a power outage. This brand has been reliable for me I have other appliances made by them and they all preform well.
