I love this electric slicer/grater! It is easy to assemble, and easy to disassemble for cleaning. It grated carrots and apples quickly and perfectly for making morning glory muffins. The design of the blade/grater inserts make them safe and easy to install and remove. Love that the cleaning brush and attachments fit inside the top of the machine for storage. Nice compact design.
Update: the seller reached out and refunded me. Excellent customer service! So i changed the rating to a 5 stars for their customer service.I misplaced the package when i got it, so now lord outside of the return window. Brand new and it won't turn on. $50 wasted. I would go with a different brand. Not worth the gamble.
Does not cut soft cheeses, and because of safety feature you can not keep veggies from falling over to their side when pressing down so you get of shape slices at times.
Slices vegetables too thin. Shreds vegetables too thin even on bigger grade. Grading cheese is good. First thought it didn’t work then figured out grader attachment had to pop in and hear a click and pusher top had to go into slotted area. Should had sent it back at that time but once figured out had to experiment. High priced cheese grader for now
