Such a fun inexpensive gift for a whiskey lover. I've had a good experience with some other more expensive ones as well but this was very reasonably priced. My friend used it right away and he really enjoyed it it was so much fun. He especially loved the ice cubes that don't dilute the whiskey. I highly recommend it.

I love this, I bought it for my husband, coz he is into whiskey and it’s easy to use and comes in a nice box. I love the option of different woods and it brings different scents into drinks. Cool product.
The Electric Whiskey Smoker Kit is an absolute must-have for cocktail lovers! It adds a spectacular smoky aroma to my drinks, making every Old Fashioned or bourbon tasting feel like a professional bar experience. The kit includes 8 different wood chips, allowing me to customize the smoky flavor to suit my mood. The whiskey stone is a nice touch for keeping drinks perfectly chilled without diluting the flavor. It’s easy to use and makes for a fantastic gift set for birthdays, Father’s Day, or any whiskey enthusiast. I love how it elevates my home bar and creates a fun, memorable cocktail experience. Highly recommended!
So the item works, however, it’s misleading. I bought this because it was an “electric” smoker kit. I thought it had some kind of heating coil that would burn the wood. Not the case. You still need a torch to manually burn your wood. The “electric” portion refers to the lights, which are all for show, and a tiny fan that sucks the smoke down into your cup. Not a bad product, just misleading.
Very poor quality and the wood chips do not burn well.
I purchased this whisker smoker kit as an addition to one I own. Given this has a hose that will make it a bit easier to smoke food presentation domes.The kit comes with a great variety wood chips flavors, in your nutty and fruity trees. It also comes with a secondary screen/shield in case your first one is no longer working well. Although, with the included miniature steel brush you should be able to use this for years. I also like the three settings for the blower fan which enables you to control the amount of smoke coming from the hose attachment.I only give this kit 4 instead of 5 stars for a couple of reasons. 1) the kit is advertised as an electric smoker. While this is technically true, the only electric part is the blower fan and the led color ring. The smoker itself requires you do use matches or a lighter. This in itself is also a bit tricky and requires practice to go the wood chips well lit for them to continuously provide good smoke. Unfortunately, this kit doesn't have the electric ignition that other whiskey smokers have. 2) the pipe/hose attachment is not very flexible to move around in a good position and it also comes loose from the blower part fairly easily when you try to twist the pipe into position. I noticed just a bit of smoke coming from the spot where the pipe attaches, meaning the seal is not perfect.Short of these two issues, the kit is really easy to use, the flavoring of your drinks and food with the great variety of wood types is also fun, definitely worth experimenting what you like best.With Christmas coming up, this also makes a wonderful gift.
