I bought my first set of these at least five years ago. Best set of cutting boards I’ve ever purchased in my life. Literally indestructible. You can put them in the dishwasher, wash by hand, use them as a charcuterie board, use them as a cutting board. Have bought them for multiple people as gifts as well. They look just like they say they do.
This was a gift and the recipient was very happy and has been using it. It appears to be holding up well.
I really like this composite cutting board. It's lighter weight but very solid. The smooth surface makes it easy to clean. My knife edge held up well after cutting on it. I had purchased a size medium. In hindsight, I wish I had ordered a size large. I guess I'll just have to buy another one. It's a win - win situation. My cutting board came w/ no label at all & I can just barely tell where the old label residue was removed. There are no knife cuts noted on this board, so I'm certain it's new. Glad the company took to heart all the prior negative comments regarding the product stickers that left permanent glue residue on the boards. Now, time to order a size large board.
It's very thin (1/4") and lightweight, and it slides all over the counter. I finally fastened it down with double-sided adhesive pads designed for throw rugs. The surface is great for cutting, chopping, etc., but after a month's use its already heavily scored. Grossly over-priced for what you get. I really wanted to give it less than 4 stars, but it rates 4 or 5 on the three criteria that are listed.
Perfect! The thickness is just right. Things don’t slide on it. But mostly I purchased it because of an online article about plastics in our body’s. So started researching cutting boards. Wood was not recommended either. Actually THIS material was rated the best. So I feel better about using it for family. It’s tested to be bacteria resistant!!
Why are these so small? Tried to return but too much of a hassle so we’re stuck with these small, overpriced cutting boards. I just need to learn my lesson.. quit being lazy and buying crap from Amazon.
Lasts forever. Easy cleanup. Would buy again if needed.
