Medieval Weapon
This is not a kitchen tool. It's a weapon of war! Seriously though, ground meat has no chance against this chopper. Heavy duty, sturdy and stout. Best to use it in cast iron, I could see it messing up Teflon or scratching stainless.

Strong, does the job well, but needs a larger bowl to move the meat around. Small hands MIGHT have trouble. But well made.
Heavy duty meat chopper, sturdy wood handle and solid sharp blades. Never thought I really needed one of these but now that I have one I really do use it all the time. Love that it's stainless steel and not made of plastics that can come off into the food. My only complaint is the blades themselves do have some small nicks, that looks like defects from factory. For the price I'm not as happy with the quality.
Turns out there aren’t many stainless steel meat grounders out there! I searched for a while to find this. I bought as a gift for someone and they liked it.Things to note: it’s HEFTY, the bamboo handle may need to be sanded down to be softer, and the blades are almost too sharp. For concerns to not scratch the pans you use this in, I recommend maybe even sanding down the steel blades a bit. It comes with a nice microfiber cover to cover the blades when not in use. Overall amazing bang for your buck and no more microplastics in your meat.
Gets the job done perfectly
Aside from this being gigantic, it's super heavy and the wood handle is very low quality. the blades seem almost too sharp to ground meat and you could hurt yourself if improperly handled. I would recommend a silicone one vs this as it will scratch the bottom of your pan like it did mine. It's easy to use and works well but would recommend against it just because of how sharp and heavy it is. for the price, it's not a terrible tool though.
I grabbed this meat chopper while prepping a big batch of hamburgers for a family cookout, and it made breaking up the ground beef effortless. The stainless steel head is heavy and sturdy, so it crushes clumps of meat quickly without needing to press too hard, and the wooden handle gives a surprisingly comfortable grip even after a few dozen pounds of meat. It’s also versatile! I’ve used it for breaking up turkey, sausage, and even for mashing potatoes, and it handles everything without sticking or bending. Cleaning is straightforward since the polished stainless surface prevents food from sticking; just hand wash and air dry the handle to keep it in top shape. One minor note is that it’s a little heavy, so it takes a bit of getting used to, but the leverage it provides more than makes up for it. Overall, this tool has made meal prep faster and less frustrating, and it feels solid enough to last for years.
