As Expected

I meal prep and I would totally recommend these. These ramekins are good quality & you can get multiple uses out of these. They were packaged in a brown Amazon mailer envelope and shoved in my mailbox. The packaging could have been executed better since these tend to bend. These ramekins are as pictured and the color is a very nice gold color. The color is great for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years parties. Now I need some in red and blue for July 4th parties. I really like that these didn't come with the sporks or stickers. I would rather choose my own utensils. These are durable enough that you could run them through the dishwasher & reuse these multiple times. The pans do hold up to the dishwasher. The lids, however, are a different story. They are flimsy and will not hold up in the dishwasher. The lids fit well on the foil pan. The lids aren't sturdy enough to stack them if the contents are heavy. The lids are not long term freezer compatible. You would want to cover the foil pans with something more heavy duty if you are storing them in the freezer for more than a couple of days. They make great meal prep containers & hold quite a bit of food. I usually use these for snack size cucumber salads or for eggs and grits. Great size for a can of tuna salad or chicken salad. Great size to use for football parties for individual buffalo chicken dip bowls or chili bowls. The ramekin size is perfect to help control portion size. These hold up really well in the oven for baking or reheating. For the quality/quantity, I do find the price to be a competitive value and would overall recommend these.

Nice little muffin cups for lunches

These mini disposable foil ramekins are very useful. Great at parties for any number of creative things. Recently I made a batch of cupcakes in them, added the frosting added the tops and put them in the freezer. Super easy lunch snacks. Now I can pull them out and them into lunches. They transport well that way because they are sturdy enough to travel in the kids lunch boxes. Baking capacity: I did find that I added too much cake batter to my first batch, so only fill them 1/3 full that way I can get some icing on top and pop the lid on. I've done these with paper liners, and without. I did wash the little tins before using without liners, and we didn't notice any sort of taste or anything.

Foil pans

I absolutely love these. I order them in for desserts and treats to easily throw into lunches. A little bigger than a cupcake. The plastic dome lid allows all kinds of toppings. My favorite use is individual cheesecakes. They stack beautifully in the fridge. I've had them 4 high without an issue. I'm not great with a piping bag but if you are, then these would make beautiful individual cakes. I'll stick with basic icing and still make individual cakes.They are disposable but let's be honest. I wash them. Don't put them in the dish washer. I made that mistake. They get thrown around like crazy. It doesn't take long to hand wash them and they hold up for 3-5 washes before I usually break the lid. But they are inexpensive so if the kids throw it away or crush it, it's not a big deal.I know this isn't a normal purchase for home baking,but if you're even slightly tempted then get some. I now have a shelf dedicated to different shapes and sizes of the little foil pans. You won't regret it.

Unlike the last pack of these that I ordered, where I thought they were bigger than they were, these were exactly what I was expecting. They're very small. They are adorable. The quality is great. The metal is not quite heavy duty but not thin. The lid stays on very well. These are perfect for individual portions of brownies, cupcakes, mini cheesecakes, crab dip. They're very pretty. They would be great for events, like bridal showers or just for me to eat miniature brownies out of. And $10 is a fantastic price for 50 of them. They're a great value. I would order again.
