Does the job perfectly.

Bought these ages ago, just never left a review but I feel I should after multiple uses. Baguettes come out perfect, never stick and these are great for the last proofingright before placing in the oven. Am actually going to buy another one. Very sturdy despite being weightless and gives perfect size baguettes. I'm French and really need these to make baguettes here. Last but not least, the recipe is as important as the utensils. Make sure you have an authentic recipe for the bread you're making and remember, you cannot rush good bread.

Wonderful pan! Super happy

Arrived in perfect condition, very solid piece of bakeware. Not a lightweight pan. I bought this because I wanted a baguette mould with non stick coating that I felt confident is free from PFOA+, as well as nickel and cadmium. I researched a lot of pans and almost bought one for 5x as much. This is a quality, extremely affordable pan, perfectly sized for a regular oven. Made my very first baguettes today (first loaf of bread in over an decade) and very pleased with this pan. Does exactly what it says. Beautiful crust all the way around and lovely, rounded loaves, super happy to have this piece in my bakeware collection. I used einkorn wheat, which is why the loaf is a little more yellow. If you want to make baguettes at home this is absolutely a great pan.

Great bread pan but arrived bent

Pan works great but when it arrived, one side was bent slightly. The metal is thin and I was easily able to bend it back into about the shape it should be. Made Baguettes and the pan works well; the bread did not stick to the pan and turned out great.

Loving this pan! My husband makes bread in it every day and it comes out great. The bread does not stick to it (put butter on the pan before putting the dough). The size is perfect for baguettes. Crust comes out crispy. It’s not flimsy. We have been washing it by hand and it’s super easy to clean.
