I’ve been using this 4-caddy garnish tray for my cocktail setups, and overall, it gets the job done well. The compartments are a good size for holding common garnishes like lemons, limes, cherries, olives, or herbs. The clear lid is a great touch, it keeps everything protected while still allowing you to see what’s inside at a glance, which is helpful during events or busy service.That said, I do wish it had a bit more space underneath for ice. While the tray is technically designed to sit on top of ice to help keep garnishes cool, there’s not much room to add a decent amount. If you try to put too much ice underneath, the tray gets pushed up and the lid no longer closes properly. This limits how effective the cooling feature really is, especially if you’re working an outdoor event or longer shift where garnishes need to stay fresh.Still, it’s a solid tray that looks clean and professional. I just recommend either pre-chilling your garnishes or using small ice packs underneath to avoid the lid issue. With a little workaround, it’s a reliable tool to have on hand.
