Perfect Pans

I bought these after buying the frying pan. I burnt/charred a burger and thought I would have to throw away the pan. After soaking for several hours in soap and water, with a vegtable scrubber it washed right out! Nothing sticks to these pans. Heat distributes evenly. The lids have a small steam hole which is nice, nothing boils over. You have to screw on the pot handle and lid handle. I was skeptical of that loosening with time but it has stayed very secure. The surface is resilient. I've yet to get marks or scratches in/on them. I think they are attractive with a quality wooden handles and the design/color of the pans, the website being accurate when viewing. Quality workmanship at a great price. I will be buying more from their line.

So I need a pot that is small, deep, and nonstick, and this fits the bill!I usually fry an egg with it first, set the egg aside, stir fry some veggies, then add water to boil, season, start the noodles. Since it’s so small in diameter, I can submerge the noodles with less water, so the soup will end up thicker. This is such a great pan. It looks very nice and works really well as my new oatmeal pan. No sticking and even heating delivers a perfect pan of oatmeal every day. This cleans up very easily! The wooden handle is heat resistant plus looks like a pan that was designed with functionality and beauty in mind. I got this to try out the pans. As this far surpasses the effectiveness and functionality as cookware, I am going to buy a full set. The price is excellent ( slightly under $100) and if a full set matches the craftsmanship of the pan and lid I bought, I’m going to call these my favorite pans of all times.

THEY CHANGED A VERY GOOD PRODUCT

Bought my first one in 2020 and love it so I bought three more for gifts this year and CRAP !!! I hate it when a company has an amazing product and then cuts corners and makes the item cheaper. I really like these

I stumbled onto this brand of pans with the purchase of the 8" skillet. I love these skillets. As in the past, I find something I really like and then the quit selling the products for what ever reason. Not knowing how long this would last I ordered another for a spare. Since then I purchased the 1.5 quart sauce pan and it too is fantastic. So I replaced my old three quart sauce pan with their 2.5 quart. I wish Eslite made a 3 quart. These are fantastic pans and much better than a brand I paid 4 times as much for. I finally had to switch out my 8 inch skillet a few weeks ago and just now ordered a new one for a spare. Have you ever had an omelet slide out of a skillet? No oil or butter. Things cook evenly in all the products we have. They have sold me and I hope Amazon will continue to sell these products.
