Consistency and speed at home with a good knock box
TL;DR:Big, sturdy knock box that handles a lot of pucks, keeps things quieter, and helps keep your espresso workflow clean and fast.______This is the kind of knock box that matches a real home bar aesthetic and workflow instead of filling up after three shots. It easily holds a full session’s worth of pucks (around 15+) which is great when dialing in grind size or pulling multiple back-to-back shots. Less stopping to empty, better timing. The knock bar has a nice balance of firmness and give. Pucks release cleanly, especially when they’re on the drier side from good distribution and proper extraction. Even with wetter pucks, a firm tap clears the basket without needing to bang hard, which is easier on both your portafilter and your wrist.Noise control is better than most. The rubber/silicone around the bar dampens the sharp “crack” you usually get, so early morning shots don’t sound like construction work in the kitchen. The angled opening helps guide stray grounds back into the box instead of onto the counter. Paired with a bottomless portafilter, this keeps your station noticeably cleaner between shots.Build is solid, and the non slip base keeps it planted during fast knock-outs when you’re moving quickly between grind, WDT, tamp, and pull.Disclosure:This review is part of Amazon’s Vine Program, which provides products at a reduced cost in exchange for honest reviews (taxed as income). Good size and looks great!
I'll be the first to admit that knock boxes are, mechanically speaking, exceedingly simple devices that are meant for one thing - to hold your used coffee pucks! In that case, there's very little functionality wise that distinguishes one from another, but I cannot deny this one looks great! The white finish and metal exterior feels premium, and the polished handles holding the rubber rod add some additional flair. It's also a fair bit larger than my previous knock box, allowing me to keep more of grounds in there before I have to dump them out. I also appreciate the included waffle weave microfiber cleaning cloth, which I now use to clean my grouphead and portafilter after a warm up shot. Overall, it's a great quality knock box that does everything just about any other knockbox would do, BUT it looks sleek and stylish while doing it! I think the price is reasonable given the overall construction, metal exterior, and the included cleaning cloth. It's found a permanent position in my coffee station, replacing my old plastic, nondescript knock box.

Premium knock box, but I prefer my old one.
This is a nice knock box. The can is some type of metal and it feels nice. It also has an excessive capacity. I don't know why you would need that many pucks in your knock box, but it will hold them. The reason I docked it a star is because I simply don't like it. You have to clean it every time you use it or it looks nasty and the bar is more difficult to remove than the more simple slide in bar installation that I have on my other one. The little nut handle things on the end of the bar are either plastic or some type of very soft and flimsy metal too. Not sure they will ever break, but it doesn't go along with the premium feel of the rest of this knock box. The little rag you get is excellent though! Super nice rag, very absorbent. It looks nice just sitting there and if you have an all white setup you probably will need something like this, but ultimately I don't personally like it.

Sturdy knock box with easy cleanup
This knock box feels solid and well made. The steel body holds up well when knocking out espresso pucks, and it does not feel like it will bend or crack with regular use. The non slip base keeps it steady on the counter. The knock bar is padded, which helps reduce noise, and it removes easily for deeper cleaning. The capacity is also nice for home use since it holds multiple pucks before needing to be emptied. Overall, this is a reliable and practical espresso accessory.

Made of steel/easy to drop out of coffee/easy to clean
This Expresso Knock box is strong and made of steel. It has an anti slip bottom and removable center with a silicone cover. It’s easy to knock the express puck out of your Portafilter with this box and the box is easy to clean. It’s should hold up to 20 expresso pucks as needed. Having these expresso knock boxes around also reminds you to empty out your portafilter in between coffees right away. It does for me anyway!Overall, this is a strong, durable and functional expresso knock box. I recommend for the price and quality!

Sleek and sturdy addition to my espresso setup
I love that it’s metal and white. It matches my espresso setup perfectly. The large capacity is great for reducing trips to the trash, and the knock bar feels solid yet quiet thanks to the silicone sleeve. My only minor wish is that the opening was slightly bigger so I don’t have to micro-aim when knocking my 58mm portafilter. Still, a very functional and stylish knock box.

Spacious, sturdy, and convenient.
This knock box makes cleaning up after espresso so much easier and quicker. The large capacity holds all my coffee pucks without overflowing, which saves trips to the trash. The removable knock bar is solid and takes the force well, so I don’t worry about damaging it. The non-slip base keeps it steady on my countertop, even when I knock firmly. I like that it comes with towels to keep everything tidy and neat. It has made my coffee routine smoother and more organized, and I reach for it every day.
