I just upgraded from my capsule coffee machine to this espresso machine, and cant be happier about it:1. The retro style looks very nice, and the creamy white color is beautiful. Though the body is plastic,, but still it looks metallic and of high quality.2. It comes with a built-in grinder. I haven’t used it yet, but it looks very strong and good quality. The large water tank is another bonus, so I don't need to fill it up frequently.3. The portafilter feels heavy and very good. It also includes 4 cups, very thoughtful!4. I was actually a little hesitant before purchasing because some of the reviews Some reviews said the coffee is not hot enough. But if you preheat the machine with the hot water function, the temperature and pressure would both fall into the green area. The coffee comes out very fast and hot enough, and the crema is so thick and nice. Better than I imagined! The noise is also not loud.5. The steam wand also makes good milk foam. Not worth it. A disappointment.
Very disappointing experience. The retro-look is nice, but that's about the only thing going for it. For starters it looks quite cheaply made. Then the pump makes an incredibly loud, almost shrieking noise which does not inspire much confidence. Then, after several bouts of fine-tuning, the coffee is not espresso-quality (even though I use Lavazza espresso roasted beans) and is otherwise rather lukewarm. The tamper is bulky and there's no place to hide all the utensils other than to place them on top of the machine, which has limited footprint (if you came off a Breville, you will totally get it). Finally, it is impossible to tap the grind off from the portafilter. I have to use a sharp knife each time, which is impractical. Overall, very disappointing. I am returning it.

Nice espresso machine
I have been making lattes at home for years, this Hanrose espresso machine with grinder makes it easier for me to enjoy lattes twice a day at home. When it comes to espresso machine with grander could be expensive, but this Hanrose espresso machine with grander does a pretty good job with the price. The grander seems to do a good job, you can adjust how fine the grounds are. It brews coffee the way I like, and it’s my favorite coffee maker.

I guess is ok for the price.
Pump is noisy and vibrates a lot. It takes a bit of time to get the right temperature. It lacks enough pressure to push all the water thru the portafilter, so be careful when making multiple cups and refilling the coffee as you will have a small amount of hot water on the portafilter. I will have to try with a more coarse grinds to see if I will have the same issue.It looks really good, but the noisy pump is annoying.
