Great value, easy to set up, easy to use, stylish
I bought this as a gift for my daughter (she just moved into her own single dorm room), she had been asking for an espresso maker forever. She loves it and so do I! She used it here at home while on break, it's a great machine and super intuitive. I love the look of it, it goes with anything, and it doesn't take up much space. The instructions are straigtforward, it also includes instructions for cleaning which are as simple as running the machine. We santized all the parts before setting it up.Overall this is a great value, it's one of the least expensive espresso makers on here but works great and looks very fancy. It makes espresso and also has a steamer for milk (for lattes), and the espresso can be used in iced lattes/frappes as well. Only downside is it only brews a shot at time (unless I missed something), which if fine, just takes a little more time.PRO TIP: For iced drinks I don't recommend brewing the espresso directly into a cup of ice; instead, brew the espresso normally and set it aside for a few minutes. Letting it cool for just 5 minutes will significantly reduce the amount of ice that melts and waters it down, making it richer when you add milk and flavor. Since we both prefer iced lattes to hot, while the machine was still here I'd brew four shots of espresso first thing, feed/walk the dog etc, and then pour two shots each over ice and add sweetened soymilk. The perfect iced soy latte, better than from You Know Where! The savings alone from that place more than paid for this thing after 3 weeks.
