Wavering Blade Makes It Almost Useless

Disappointing! The cutting blade did not hold a straight line as it cut my block of cheese, it swerved so that when it met the cutting surface, it was not aligned with the little slot to receive it. Also, with each cut, a piece of cheese the width of the slot fell through the slot. In other words, with every cut, I lost some of the product!
