I was skeptical to purchase but so glad I did. These are great in so many ways. The lids will leak if you do not connect the seams( like some people indicated) but you just need to be careful and connect and then no problem whatsoever! They are durable, microwaveable and dishwasher safe and have the lid closure which for me, when grabbing my coffee on the go, is huge to prevent spillage! Worth every penny!
It took me a few other purchases before I encountered this cup. This is the best coffee mug I've EVER had! Other mugs would hurt my hand to hold and my wrists had a lot of pain. After using this cup the pain has significantly left (FOR REAL!) And I can reheat coffee in this cup in our microwave because it's not metal! And it's easier to clean. And the lid leaks less than other lids and cups I've used. Thank you, Evron, wherever you are!
👎🏼 really does not keep hot drinks hot - heat seems to dissipate at the same rate as normal cups👎🏼 over complicated lid makes cleaning a big chore✅ screw tight lid - stays on when the cup goes crashing to the floor✅ double insulated keeps it from sweating when you have a cold drink✅ Microwavable - reheat hot drinks as needed✅ Good value. my purchase of 4 cup set came to $5 a cup. respectable🤔 as long as your not looking for the properties of a good stainless thermos, you will like these
For the price, this is a good cup. The lid must be screwed on properly or, yes, it will leak. If you put the lid on and it only screws on about an inch or so, it’s NOT on properly. Only when you put the lid on and it spins almost halfway around will you know it’s properly secured. Also, I never microwave the lid… Just a cup. The contents in the cup get hot, quickly. The most I’ve ever microwaved has been for 40 seconds. I do not trust microwaving this plastic cup for much longer. Finally, I make sure to only wash this on the top rack in my dishwasher.
Very good product with thick walls that prevents heat to be felt while holding hot beverages (even scalding hot water). So no sleeve needed. Also it has a spill proof mechanism which is my favorite feature. That said my blue lid came with a defect along one of its curvatures, where coffee can seep through when drinking, as evidenced by the coffee stain along the lid.
Update to the cups—I’m changing my review to poor. These cups are not leak proof. 2 cups so far have leaked on us. I made sure the lid was screwed on correctly and tightly yet coffee still leaked from under the lid (and no, it was not dribble from the opening to sip from!). Drinker beware!!I’m disabled with weak hands & arms. For earth day I decided to give up my Dixie disposable cups once & for all, but a reusable cup needed to be similar in design, lightweight, slender and well made. I had tried an inexpensive one but the lids wouldn’t easily snap on and off. Cheap product from China. Next one was better but still struggled with lids, and it was also slightly too wide to hold.Well, this last one, the one I’m writing a review for, is fantastic! It’s well made. The lid screws on so I never have to worry it’ll pop off and get scalded by my coffee. It also provides a spigot closure. The cup is double insulated and doesn’t need a band to protect my hands. It’s light weight. It’s wide to hold but not uncomfortable. It’s dishwasher safe. It’s pretty.I highly recommend it!
Most mugs you cannot use them in a microwave and dishwasher. Completely leakproof. Economical.
