Inexpensive but not sturdy and NOT tacky looking

This item is not cloth. It’s plastic that I placed over cloth tablecloth to add some bling for a celebration dinner and make clean up easy. Didn’t tear and at end of party I wadded up these and tossed them and was even able to fold the cloth covers without laundering.
