Really big! Fits two large bowls easily.

Love that you can fold this up and put it away. It’s well made, not flimsy at all. It’s easy to program both heat and time and seems to hold the heat well. It’s probably bigger than I needed. I usually make two large loaves of sourdough at a time and I could easily double that in this box. I put my 1000g of flour and 600g of water (each covered) in the box overnight and set it to 90*F. The flour and water get mixed together in the morning and my autolyse is at a perfect temperature no matter how cold the house got overnight. It jumpstarts my loaves. This is perfect for maintaining temps for proofing. My loaves are so consistent now. Well worth the money.It includes two racks inside for circulation and a little stainless steel dish for humidifying.
