Impressed by this gadget. I hate to hold onions when chopping them and this tool really makes it easy. Also, love to make scalloped potatoes and toughest job is getting the potato slices evenly sliced. With this tool, it makes perfect, matching thickness slices.
Works great for producing thinly sliced vegetables. I wish I had found this years ago. Large enough to work on full sized beefsteak tomatoes and very large onions. Nice hin sandwich slices and holds securely when dicing onions and tomatoes.
I love this product. Wish I would’ve purchased it a long time ago. This is a very good tool for anyone who loves to cook because it reduces the risk of cutting yourself.
These are well worth the money, not only do they help you to slice onions they can help you slice potatoes, sweet potatoes, and help you pierce the potatoes and sweet potatoes before you bake them
This thing is GREAT picking hot meat from pan, use to slice meat, use for tenderize.
It’s ok
I have a smaller version of this, but it was frustrating because I use it for slicing Roma tomatoes for dehydration and just like when slicing by hand, when I got closer to the end it became difficult and time consuming to slice the last 1/3 to 1/4 of the tomato. With this, it's long enough to go through the whole tomato and I can slice it up really fast. I slice a lot of tomatoes almost every day so this is really helpful. Wouldn't think of buying a smaller one ever again. It's sturdy, provides protection and most importantly makes my job easier. Love it!
