Much Better Than the Ones From the 90's
I was pleasantly surprised when these ice cubes arrived because they have no chemical smell like the ones I had when I was a kid. They are slightly squishy when they are room temperature, an appear to be filled with water, which is what is stated in the product description. I rinsed them off with water and dried them off before putting them in my freezer. They freeze very quickly, especially if you make multiple drinks throughout the day and put a half-frozen one back in the freezer. It will be re-frozen within the hour.So far, I have used them in my 40oz and 30oz steel tumblers, and am pleased with how well they fit. They have to be stacked, since they are too large to fit otherwise, but they have plenty of room around them so I can add real ice cubes also if I want.Performance wise, they work much better than the old school kind, most likely because of the size. They have helped to keep my drinks colder for much longer in the tumblers, and they also keep my drinks from be diluted, which is my favorite part. I accidently left one of my tumblers on the counter overnight, and the cubes were only half melted. They also haven't added any odd flavors or smells to my drinks, and none have started leaking.These re-useable ice cubes are definitely a great value, and are much "safer" to use than the old school originals. If you use large, open mouth tumblers, glasses, or are making a pitcher of something these are great to keep drinks colder for longer, and prevent melting ice from diluting your drinks. If you want something for smaller drinking cups, or small tumblers, you may need to consider a smaller version.

These reusable ice cubes get the job done easily and beautifully
I used these ice cubes in a pitcher of cranberry / apple sparkling cider during the Super Bowl. The pitcher kept being emptied. I kept refilling, and the cider very quickly became ice cold. The cubes lasted from well before the Super Bowl to a long time after. Then, a rinse and back in the freezer where they will be ready for a new use. They come in a small plastic bag that just barely holds them but keeps them organized and using minimum space in the freezer. They are very big, which besides making them last a long time, looks great in the pitcher. I wish I had these years ago.

Great for Preventing Dilution, But Don’t Expect Ice-Cold Drinks
These extra-large reusable ice cubes are well-made and do exactly what they promise when it comes to not diluting drinks. The size is great for large glasses, pitchers, or containers, and they’re easy to clean and reuse. I also appreciate that they’re BPA-free and feel sturdy.That said, they don’t actually get drinks ice cold the way real ice does. They chill beverages slightly, but not to that crisp, cold level—likely because they’re made of plastic. They work better for keeping already-cold drinks from warming up rather than cooling warm drinks down. Have not detected any leakage.Overall, they’re useful if dilution is your main concern, but if you want truly cold drinks, these may fall a bit short. Still a solid product with a specific use case.

These freeze well.
These are really big. The look of them makes me want to use them as an ice pack more than in my drink, there is just something about them. They feel really plastic and not very durable. They freeze just fine I but dont think the quality is that great. I'm not real excited about them. I was expecting to proudly show them in a Large clear container that I could keep cold for guests. I think I will go with something else and just keep these in the freezer for when I need to make an ice pack.Update- I used them in a Large Cup with a drink and they really kept it cold! Cleaning them afterwards to refreeze them did make me wonder about the substance inside. The lining is thin and doesnt seem durable, how awful if I drank my drink and found out later that the Cube leaked. It would be great if I knew more about them, or how that never happens or has happened before.

Material quality and appearance are disappointingly awful
THE GOOD: These plastic reusable cubes function and perform okay for now. I'm able to fit 3 in a 24oz Corkcicle tumbler, yet still have enough room for a straw and a little less than 16 fluid ounces.THE BAD: I wish these cubes were manufactured more durably with a cleaner appearance. Even with inflation, this set of 6 hardly looks worthy of a $20 price tag. They look and feel "dollar store" level cheap. I understand the need for internal headspace. The fact that these cubes don't even contain a consistent volume of water, is laughable.Each cube has an unsightly sprue at a corner, which should've been addressed during production. Of course, they were hidden in the product images. The squishy plastic feels too thin and flexible to make me believe they won't avoid damage if accidentally dropped on hard tile while frozen solid. Definitely keep them away from sharp, pointed objects.For the list price, I'm very disappointed in the material quality. I do not recommend this product at any cost.
