Cleanup takes about half the time as wooden breadboard surface. Love it!

Mat is large; does not require the amount of flour wooden breadboards do to roll dough. Cleanup is very easy. I keep it rolled and store upright in a narrow cupboard when not in use. Just great for making Danish rolls or rolling Butterhorn dough into circles before cutting. I have used my pizza cutter on the mat and can't see any marks left on the mat. I have a heavy duty wooden bread table and now I just drape the mat over the top of it.

Great silicone mat

I’m glad I invested in this silicone mat! It’s huge which makes it so much easier to roll out large amounts of dough. I saw on instagram, a baker lightly oiled (instead of flour) hers so the dough didn’t stick…even better! I use it when making cookies to put the cookie dough balls on as I scoop them! Probably one of my best purchases for baking!

excellent silicone baking mat, covers my my entire counter measures your space

Excellent matt, just make sure you measure your counter space first, because this thing is big. I like the fact that it covers my entire counter when I'm baking. To store it, after washing I roll it up and use a towel tube cut in half, keeps it from unrolling and I just put it lengthwise in my cabinet. Also when using this mat don't use sharp knives, you can accidentally cut it. Can't say anything about whether or not you can bake on it but supposedly it is good to 400°. I just use it when I'm working dough that has fat in it, as it will stay in my canvas Baker's mat. This is great for pie crust and as I say dough that has fat in it. Just measure the space you have to make sure it will fit

This is the champion of pastry mats!

I was thrilled when I took this mat out and held it up. It’s much bigger than I imagined. I’ve got three pastry mats in the ordinary sizes, but this single mat is as big as all three put together! When I make chicken and dumplings, I make a double batch of dough, and I let the rolled out dough sit overnight so this mat will mean I only have to clean one mat instead of three. It’s also thicker and heavier so it should last a very long time. I’m well pleased.

First purchase the measurements (markings) were surface. Over time they began peeling up. Not exactly what you want in bread, crust etc.This is in the Silicone! Like your baking mats!Excellent quality and thickness.
