Really nice bone china tea set with lovely and delicate details.

The details are dainty and pretty and the pieces are well made. They are the perfect size for a cup of tea and they are a fair price for the set. Unfortunately, I received a set with some of the pieces broken and one of the cups absolutely smashed. I don’t think it’s fair to remove stars for this because the set arrived packed well and with care, it is likely carelessness from the carrier or delivery person but when I received my package and first picked it up, it sounded like a box full of bells due to the many broken pieces. The Japanese art of kintsugi has always fascinated me so I’ve decided to order a kit and piece the broken bits back together. I imagine they will be even more beautiful with the gold veins running throughout. I do recommend this bone chiner tea set as it is beautiful and functional.

Like most of you, I am pretty selective about the items I choose to purchase. I take the time to look at many things before finally choosing something. No one needs another useless purchase and no one has the time to return something; so, I hope this review can help you.The Fansquare Silver Peony 7-ounce bone china teacup and saucer set for six people is such a lovely set for entertaining or even for daily use (because you deserve nice things, too!). This set arrived quickly and well-packaged in a flat box with styrofoam insulation. All of the cups and saucers were intact and not broken.I don’t see any reviews for the silver peony design, which is a shame, because it is simply beautiful. The cups and saucers are delicate as fine china should be. It is a minimalist peony flower design in white, silver, and light grey lustre finish, which I feel would go with so many different types of decor. If you’re having a dinner party, this would be an elegant way to serve your coffee and tea with dessert. If you’re planning an afternoon tea, the shining jewel of your table will be this cup and saucer set. If you get it, you certainly won’t regret it.

Very nice and classy set!
I received 6 cups and 6 saucers. Everything was packaged very well in styrofoam with a cut out in the styrofoam for each piece. Nothing arrived broken or even chipped. I wish they were microwaveable, but that's ok, at least they are dishwasher safe. I generally wash more delicate items like these by hand, just to be safe. I removed one star because they don't look as high-end in person as in the photos, but given the value, I definitely recommend this set! I opted for the "gold bow" pattern that has blue in it. It's beautiful and reminds me of a blue design. I will note that they are petite teacups, so you definitely want to keep the teapot on your table to refill. It's a pretty set!

Very delicate
I ordered these not knowing what to expect, but I am impressed with what I got.'Bone china' is a translucent pottery known for being durable, lightweight and strong. It also has a delicate appearance and a milky-white color. It is known for being of great quality. I believe these teacups fit the description to a T.The set is definitively delicate in appearance – both cups and saucers –, and it reminds me of a set my mom received as a wedding gift over 50 years ago, which still survives. It has a very pleasing bow design around the border, which adds elegance. The set is perfect for use at home or as a gift. It is very nice and it will probably last a long time.The set of 6 cups and their saucers came perfectly packed, protected with a thick block of Styrofoam.

Very elegant set of teacups and saucer
I got the the "Siliver" version of these (which is a typo in the description, as I believe they mean "Silver"), and what I especially like is that while they have a very thin, traditional, elegant look, the quality seems to be very good. Compared to similar sets, they also are a very good product for the price.
