This is excellent bakeware at a reasonable price point. I am happy with the results of baking using these pans. Read the directions for intended use and all will be well.I did a deep dive recently into what foods are best cooked in what bakeware i.e. use of glass, dark metal, light metal, non stick, etc. These are "cake pans," not intended for broiling, high heat, acid foods, etc. Used as intended, they are excellent.This time around, with my new purchase of two of these cake pans I will be paying more careful attention to their directions of NOT using cooking spray on these pans.

Tight lid is a great feature

I really like this pan. The lid is a necessity when transporting a cake and this lid stays on tight. It is a little hard to remove but I found if you grab it on the long side near the corner it comes off pretty easily. It bakes well and the nonstick surface keeps the cake from sticking.
