Quality cake pans are always worth the price.
Love this pan. I only use Fat Daddio cake pans and this one did not disappoint. When it was launched I knew I need this iconic shape to add to my collection. They are easy to clean and very sturdy. The quality of the pan is made to last a lifetime. This pan bakes cakes to perfection. The price is great so I had to purchase multiples. Properly cost your pan work butter and flower and there will be no stickiness and will last you for many years.

I am so pleased with these pans. My granddaughter wanted one of the "vintage buttercream heart cakes" for her 13th birthday. I have 4 grandkids and have been doing all their cakes for the last 12 years. I went cheap at first on heart pans and they came out short and just weak. Then I ordered another name brand of pans and they never arrived. By this time I was in a bind and needed the good stuff. Of course I pick Fat Daddio's brand because I know it's reliable and has wonderful performance. Sure enough, the pans arrived quickly, I baked the cakes according to their recommendation at 325 degrees and got these 2 layers of gorgeous fluffy 2-1/4 high heart cakes. Perfectly released from the pan, very little to trim off the top, I was beyond pleased and had to write a review. If you work a lot with cake baking you know Fat Daddio's is a good brand and most of my pans are from them but this really proved the point - go for the tried and true good stuff! A+++++

Nice brand! Mini Pan!
This is good brand, I would recommend to bakers that do the cake business. For example it would be good to do bento box or just the vintage cake. Impressed!! Will buy another one again!
