I would recommend this for more outside use instead of in home

This works fine. My only issue is a the fact that it slides so easy, every time I barley touch it. But I am happy that it has not scratched my table. I have what I need to easily fix the sliding issue. Great item for the price. I like how it looks. As far as when removing a single napkin; the bar that is meant to hold the other napkins in place is more stiff than I anticipated. But maybe I didn't read the description right. I thought it would move easily & that the weighted circle would move up & down much more freely. But because of its stiffness, it makes removing 1 napkin at a time a bit frustrating, becase you gave to adjust that bar each time you go to grab a napkin. It has a study build. The size is as described.
