Labor saver
Our fryer is used in a private club, not a restaurant, though I'm not sure that matters in the application of this product. I thought this would be something I would be putting on and taking off the fryer each time it was used. It fits so sungly, however that I consider it a permanent mount. Does a great job of keeping spattering grease contained. No more messy, slippery floor to clean up and it keeps the grease off the neighboring appliance. Cleans up easily while in place.

Fit and Work as expected
We use these on the fryers in our food truck. They fit and work as expected. It is very convenient to take these off and clean the grease instead of having to clean down the sides of the fryers and anything else in the general area like we were doing before purchasing. We will be purchaing another set for our second truck once it is built.

Great Splatter Guards

Not durable for commercial kitchen use
This product is far from worth the price. It looks sturdy in the listing, but in reality the build quality is cheap and disappointing. The metal bracket completely broke off in less than two weeks with normal use in a commercial kitchen. The material feels thin and poorly assembled, not durable at all.For this price, I expected solid stainless steel construction. Instead, it feels like a low-quality product that shouldn’t be marketed for commercial use. Definitely not recommended unless they improve the quality.
