Decent Knife for Any Kitchen Arsenal.

A significant lighter weight knife, in comparison to the knife set I've had for years. But this is what I was looking for. The Wüsthof Classic knife set that I bought so long ago, I'm sure the exact set is no longer available, or you'd have to take a second mortgage out in order to purchase an entire set with the higher quality provision. Besides that, most high end knifes are heavy. Which is fine, if you don't have a hand aggravation problem to deal with. And since, I took an injury to my hand some time ago, I'm experiencing the long-term effects injuries sometimes will give you. This knife is very decent for its mid-range or should I say, bargain price, in terms of its sharpness and a comfortable grip. It feels balanced, plus, it's most handsome! I can use it without my hand getting so tired when cutting veggies and fruits and other assortment of foods. For meats, I will continue to use my old faithful.Considering all things, this knife is more practical for my chopping needs that it will be applied to, than the heavier knifes I've been using. It is without a doubt, very sharp. And I would say, with proper care, like never, never leaving sitting in water. Washing and drying it after each use. Storing it with thought in mind. I believe it will have real longevity.
