These filter work great in my Breville espresso machine and are a great alternative to the OEM part at a fraction of the cost. I have not noticed any difference between these filters and the original filter I hit with the machine. They fit perfectly and seem to do as good a job as the original. However I always use filtered water as a starting point in my machine, so these filters just provide a little water cleanup before brewing.
I ordered 2 package Coffee water filters. There are very easy to installed and fit just right. Good quality and very good value. Coffee taste good. I will order this water filter again in the future.

I typically soak the filter for 10 to 15 minutes to ensure there is no trapped air. One filter did not seem to absorb any water, used it anyway, no water flow, uninstalled, tried soaking overnight, reinstalled, no water flow. Tossed it and tried another, worked fine. I am unable to return a defective filter beyond the 30-day window. This was my second order and have begrudgingly placed a third order. We'll see what happens.Update 11/9/2024: Third order since 2022. The filters used to be good. not so much anymore. Each successive filter does not absorb any water even when soaked overnight. Having no way to determine whether a filter is usable within the 30-day return window renders the return window useless. I am seeking alternatives to these sub-par quality filters.

These are not Breville filters. They come without a box to store them in. Otherwise they seem to be identical.
