It's been a couple of months and this thing is holding up great! Other bamboo models Ive had in the past have cracked. This still looks like a solid, stained block of wood. Japanese vibes. We have space above our sink that is perfect for this. Always available, uses no countertop space. Never had a knife fall off. We even keep 2 pairs of kitchen scissors with plastic outer on ours. Get the longest one you can fit.Install is easy peasy. 2 drywall anchors, though I feel better hitting atleast one stud. If you have a tile backspash that might require a little extra work, but not impossible.

Nice Knife Holder

I have two of these magnetic knife strips to hold two sets of knives. They have very robust magnetic power and there is no concern about my knives not holding tight. I like the stain color, which works well in my kitchen. I would only complain a bit that the logo is engraved on the front of the strip, as it degrades the look of the otherwise nice wood surface. I place a large knife over that and have gotten over it. LOL A good value and I would recommend.

Holding up well after six years of continuous use. Holds knives really well, stays stable and amazingly simple to install. Used the screws not the adhesive so I can't speak to that application, but the whole thing has worked so amazingly well, kept it's color and hasn't nicked up too bad!

The magnets are very strong. It was easy to hang. The only issue is that you have to destroy the box to use the template. I wonder how that would affect a return, not that I’m returning it. I used the screws and anchors, not the glue. It is perfectly sized for my 6 knives.
