A Herb Lover's Best Friend
"The "Fire Hive Black Pepper Grinder" is the coolest thing I have received in a long time! I own other grinders, but, none of them are designed, or work as well, as this one does. First of all, the design is top rated. The 2.5 inch grinder is made out of shiny, solid black aluminum with tiny diamonds and a skull embedded on the top. It is totally cool looking and will impress anyone you show this grinder to. Although the design is high quality, the way the grinder works is even more impressive. Most grinders come in two levels. But,the "Fire Hive Black Pepper Grinder " has three! The first level is the top where you place the herb you want to grind. The grinder has a lot of teeth that grind your herb up easily. The second level is where your grinded herb is held for you to enjoy. The third level is where you keep your "pollen" or "keif". "Pollen" is all the tiny trichomes that fall off your herb. Trichomes are much more potent than regular herb. You let the grinder collect the pollen and only empty it out about every 7 -10 grams that you grind. Then, you sprinkle that pollen in joints and enjoy the buzz. That's what I love the most about this grinder. The fact that it has the third level proves that this grinder can be used for grinding up your weed, not just pantry herbs. Also, included with the grinder is a handheld rolling machine that rolls perfect joints!! I highly recommend the "Fire Hive Black Pepper Grinder" to anyone who needs a new, extremely high quality grinder, no matter what you choose to grind in it. It only costs $15.99! Bling and Bones - The Skull Crushing Grinder
This is a really cute grinder. I love the hardness of the skull combined with the softness and femininity of the rhinestones. I love anything sparkly so this was an obvious choice. This is a three chamber grinder. Grind in the top, the second chamber provides your material, and the third chamber breaks it down even more, leaving you with a fine powder. The grinder operates very smoothly and grinds material efficiently. Price point is perfect, because these things can be a little outrageously expensive. At this point, my only concern would be how long the rhinestones will last without falling out, even though they seem to be adhered pretty well. Smaller than expected, blades are small and closely spaced; works will and fine workmanship
The grinder is much smaller than expected, not the 2.5 inches advertised, but closer to 1.9". I had hoped to use it for coffee beans, but you cannot fit more than a small handful in the grinder at one time, and the blades are very close together making it difficult or impossible to close the lid with coffee beans in place. Given its size, I'll use this grinder instead for black pepper as advertised and other dried herbs and small spice seeds that I use for cooking or for making salves and tinctures; just not for coffee.The various sections of the grinder (lid, blades, screen, and bottom cover, all fit well together with virtually no visible seam when properly assembled. The top cover is held on magnetically for ease of removal and the remaining sections use threads that are machined very well and to tight tolerances; because of the fine engineering on the threads, you do need to take a little extra care to get them aligned properly when assembling and you need to avoid twisting too hard, especially if they appear to be cross-threaded (hint: if you feel any pressure at all while tightening, or you see that the threads are visibly not aligned, twist the parts the opposite way while applying GENTLE downward pressure and they should self align).The blades do a good job of grinding things that will fit into the grinder, between the blades. The screen which is just below the blades is very fine and will catch almost all the ground bits, allowing just the very finest (almost dust) fall through to the bottom section. In the bottom section you will find a little plastic scraper for use in cleaning.The skull and faux gems on the cover are cute but not related to the functioning of the grinder. Since a cigaret rolling gadget was included in the box with the grinder, I assume that you might be expected to use it with tobacco or other medicinal herbs.Except for the small size of the unit and the blades that are very closely spaced, this grinder performs well, is made well, and is small enough to fit in many pockets and handbags, making it very portable.

Small But Works Fine
My Wife has an extensive collection of grinders. Some are more functional than others, but basically she just likes having a variety of different colors and designs. She meant to request the pink version, but was okay with getting the black model that she ordered by accident.She thinks it's attractive and makes for a good conversation piece. It's smaller than our main grinders, but that works out well as far as bringing a grinder on the go and having something that could fit in more places. Grinds everything easily and effectively. Bottom layer is really good for collecting kief. And that's perfect if you ever make moon rocks.It's all easy to clean out when you're done. Having a roller included was the cherry on top. It wasn't expected, but obviously it was a welcome free accessory. It may not get used as often as some of the bigger grinders, but it's a great addition to the collection.
