These are designed with a heavy weight stainless steel and they're quite solid, so there's no stressing if they're heavy duty enough for safe pressure cooking. They have a lot of the new modern features you see on electric pressure cookers that help with cooking and safety, but done so on the traditional stove top pressure cooker design. The pots have makings on them so you know just how to line up the lids on them and then even locking indicators so you know you have a secure fit. There is a release valve to use for bringing down the pressure faster, rather than just waiting for the temperature and pressure to slowly come down on its own. And when it's time to clean up, the pots have removable gaskets around the edge of the lids and you can even unscrew the pressure regulators and handles right from the top to do a deep cleaning. So there's no little spots where you can't access to clean. Then the pots can stack into one another and keep the lid on the top, to help with saving space. My first meal in these was a bean soup and it came out marvelous! The cooker was easy to use and because of all the added features, I didn't have any of the usual concerns one gets when using a stovetop pressure cooker. I'm beyond pleased with the quality and design of these pots. Very nice!
I am so excited to have this item, but it was defective. When I start cook rice, leaking water from lid.
It is expensive, but quality seems to be good.I have used the small cook 25 to 30 times I think and big one for few times only.Small cooker , food get stuck on the bottom and gets burnt .. I thought it was my fault for the first time so I took all the necessary precautions and it still gets stuck in the bottom and gets burnt even if there is enough liquid.I wish if seller could change my small cooker.Coz sometimes it’s one or two produce might have issues.
This is the first time I’d heard of Fissler, a well-established German brand. These pressure cooking pots are an excellent example of German design and craftsmanship. They come at a premium price, though the exceptional quality warrants the price. The design of the pressure lid controls is unique. The pressure regulator is attached and shows high or low pressure with one or two white rings exposed. (See pic). The locking handle has a button for safe pressure release before it unlocks. The handle has a red/green indicator to show if it is properly sealed. (See pic)Unlike some pressure cookers, the release of steam during cooking is not typical from these pots during cooking once pressure is reached unless the pressure is higher than the setting. The manual recommends maintaining one or two rings exposed, depending on low or high pressure desired, without having excess steam escaping, by controlling the heat applied to the pot.The box included a large pot, a small pot, one pressure lid that fits either pot, one glass lid that fits either pot and a user manual in multiple languages. (See pic) No second pressure lid was included, so both pots can not be used for pressure cooking at the same time. No rack, steamer, or other accessories were included.I tested them on a countertop induction cooker and on my gas range. They performed well on both. The two pots nest neatly for storage and the beautiful stainless finish cleans easily. These are a beautiful and functional addition to any kitchen and should last for many years. They’d make a thoughtful gift for any cook who uses pressure cooking. I hope this information has been helpful to you.—-This review is for:Vitaquick Premium 3-piece set, 3.7 Quart and 6.3 Quart Pressure Cooker plus Glass Lid
I cannot remember the last time I saw something made as well, and based upon such high-quality, I feel that the value is there. I think these are worth every penny that you pay you know the saying you get what you pay for the pricing, but these are the Rolls-Royce of pressure cookers👍🏻🔥The only thing they could possibly make this any better would be if they included some basic recipes that they recommend just to get a general feel for times to cook certain items, but I know all that’s available online easily. I cannot believe all the languages that this instruction manual has one page of it so you could see along the right hand edge, all the different languages that are contained in this book. I know that serious cooks everywhere would die to get their hands on these, so I understand why all the languages are included in the instruction manual🤔👍🏻Oh, I forgot to say You get two pots and one pressure cooking lid and then an additional glass lid🤔👍🏻😍These are a gift for my son. He is a budding chef, and he has been wanting a pressure cooker for sometime now and he’s gonna be thrilled when he sees these babies. if any issues develop down the road, I will update my review but now I don’t anticipate any seriously these are incredible. I’m going to see what else they manufacture the quality is just unreal.😉🔥
