I absolutely love this pod holder! It makes my coffee corner look so organized and chic. The spinning base is super smooth and makes choosing my morning pod feel fancy 😂. Holds a lot of capsules without taking up too much counter space. If you're a Nespresso lover like me, this is a must-have. It just ties everything together beautifully 💛
This Nespresso pod holder station is very well made as is the other model I purchased from the same seller. I expected something made of all or mostly plastic. But these are top quality metal. They are heavier than I expected and super stable when place on a level surface. The rotation is quiet and smooth, no jittering or wobbling. The overall fabrication is excellent and the containments where the Nespresso boxes are positioned into are machined for a perfect fit. The finish is dark metal and has a nice look. This will basically last forever. The other model is equally well made. The difference is that other model holds loose pods whereas this model can only be used with the Nespresso brand boxes (or any other brands that use the same size and shape box). Open the box and insert it vertically into one of the eight containment areas. The advantage here is that you don't have to guess at which type pod you're selecting as your taking it directoy out of the box. The disadvantage is, as I said, it's compatible only with Nespresso type boxes. The other model will accommodate any Nespresso pod, regardless of the packaging. However, you'll probably have to guess at what type of pod you're using (unless you do your own labeling or something). Nespresso pods are color coded and do have the type etched on the top of the pod. However, non-Nespresso brands, though color coded, don't say anything on the pod about what type of coffee it contains. And there's no real system for the color coding. Different brands could use similar colors for different types of coffee.
I bought this because I wanted a holder that was easy to load and kept the pods separated so I didn’t have to dig through a box to find the variety I was looking for. I also really wanted to keep the sleeves and be able to read about each one so I remember the serving recommendations and descriptions. This unit performs beautifully. Very heavy and sturdy. Extremely easy to load, it even pierces the sleeves to hold them in place. The sides of the sleeves are visable so I remember which each one is. The bearing for the rotation feels very smooth and high quality. Great value and great product. (I got a used one and it is fantastic).
This is very sturdy and nicely made item. However, it takes the Nespresso sleeve to store the pods. I returned it because I use a variety of brands.
This rack for Nespresso Original capsules can hold a total of 12 sleeves (8 in the holders and 4 in the middle). The sleeves fit perfecly in the holders, and the capsules feel quite stable inside their sleeves.Inserting the sleeves is simple. First, gently poke the perforated line on the left side of the box. Then, slide the sleeve down into the holder until you feel it catch on the little metal nub inside, about halfway down. Then, gently open the perforated end all the way, and push the paper flap down.The rack looks nice on my counter. It spins well, and feels sturdy. I'm very happy with it.
Great stand. Doesn't take much space on the counter. Very nice looking too.
This is made of sturdy metal. Fits 5 boxes of ten around the carousel and one. I’d in the center. I like that it spins, but not too easily. It’s a reasonably priced way to display and store capsule boxes. I see some storage things where you just dump the capsules in something. But the capsules pinch easily. So i think displaying or straight from the box is ideal. So there is very little handling or smashing.
