Cooked perfect thanksgiving turkey - be sure to heat several days ahead of needing, when new, to burn off manufacturing oils. 12 pound turkey, completely thawed, cooked in about 1.5 hours. Cooked faster than expected, so be sure to check. Planning to use for multiple baked potatoes for family gathering. Happy with purchase
I bought this for my daughter for Thanksgiving, so she would have her oven to bake pies. It's big enough for a 26 lb turkey. The self basting was awesome. Turkey was very moist.

Worked as advertised. Made a very juicy 22 pound turkey. Was a bit tight on the sides.
Do not buy! After only 3 uses over the holidays the lid has begun rusting! Unbelievably shoddy materials. Don’t be deceived by the nice red finish, like I was, because they used low grade 430 stainless steel instead of 304 stainless steel. My parents have a roaster oven that is 40 years old. This one didn’t last 40 days. It would be ZERO stars but I’m forced to select at least one.
