Surprisingly solid cutter

This thing is way sturdier than I expected. Cuts potatoes clean and evenly, and the lever makes it easy without having to put your whole body into it. The different blades are nice to have for switching between thick and thin fries or slicing veggies. Feels more “commercial” than gimmicky, and cleanup is simple since everything rinses off easily. Good kitchen tool if you actually make fries or prep a lot of vegetables. Used it for a recent backyard party and made buckets of fries - between this and my deep fryer, I was a machine lol.

This professional manual potato cutter has been an absolutely amazing addition for our household, especially since it brings so much versatile slicing power and incredibly solid build quality to our kitchen! Right off the bat, having four different rust-proof stainless steel blades to choose from is fantastic, truly allowing me to switch between thin fries and thick wedges with ease, which is a huge plus. This feels like a truly high-quality and robust piece of equipment, making it a very appealing option for anyone needing a durable tool for meal prep.A really nice touch is just how incredibly capable the wedge slicer actually is. I’m a super happy man because I can make perfect potato wedges much faster and easier now than I ever could with a knife. The push-down handle leverages the principle of leverage perfectly, so it only takes a light press to slice through even the toughest whole potatoes, which is a total game-changer for our family dinners. It makes preparing a side of fries or a vegetable salad feel effortless, and the 6-wedge design creates the most amazing uniform slices every time.While the wedge cutter is definitely my favorite, the other fry cutters for 1/2", 3/8", and 1/4" sizes work really well too, providing a great variety for different recipes. My one little thing, however, is that while the unit is entirely water-washable and made of premium stainless steel, the blades are incredibly sharp, so you definitely want to be extra careful when swapping them out or cleaning the smaller grids. It’s not a deal-breaker at all, and it's actually a testament to how well they cut, but taking your time during cleanup is a tiny added convenience to keep your fingers safe.All in all, I'm really happy with this fry cutter. It works perfectly, delivers fantastic, professional results right in our home kitchen, and the commercial-grade durability means it’s built to last through plenty of use. I'm super happy with its amazing performance and how much time it saves me when I'm getting dinner ready for the household.
