This is a large capacity bread proofing box that can accommodate multiple loaves of bread at once, which is convenient for those who like to bake in batches. Perfect Proof Every Time!!!!

I absolutely love this foldable bread proofing box. The three-sided heating is a total game changer for when I'm baking. There's no hot spots, drafts, or uneven rising, just perfectly proofed dough thanks to the temperature control and monitoring screen. The temperature control is really precise and I really like that it has such a big range of temperature, which makes it multipurpose! I use it for my sourdough starters if I'm not baking. Its super easy to set up, just a zipper along the sides, and it folds back down neatly for storage, which is a huge plus if you live in a small apartment like me. If you bake bread regularly this is 100% a needed purchase, quickly my favorite baking tool!

Well made box, but the controller is confusing (or mine is broken)

The box is really well made and sturdy. The sides and zippers are substantial. When the box is folded, it's compact and easy to store. It's also really easy to set up for use.All of that said, I'm using it for the first time right now to proof my sourdough, and I've found the timer/temperature controller unit to be confounding. The instructions are not helpful for this, and who would've thought instructions would be necessary. I expected to set the temperature using the + and - symbols, which does adjust the displayed temperature. And then I expected that the temperature might read something different as the unit did its thing to achieve the selected temperature, and then it would eventually settle at the temperature I selected. So far, it is not doing that. It's 66 degrees in the house, and (I think?) I set the controller temperature to 72 degrees, and the displayed temperature has wandered, with no apparent rhyme or reason, between 72 and 78, typically closer to the higher numbers. And it jumps from like 74 to 78 in seconds. Either I am not setting it properly, or the unit is broken, or I don't understand how a proofing box temperature controller is supposed to work.The instructions are not terribly helpful, and they do not seem to be accurate for the controller. For example, the instructions say that you're supposed to hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on, but it switches on immediately when you press and release the power button. Nothing happens if you hold it down. There's also some maybe Italian in one of the diagrams LOL. I had hoped to be able to find better instructions on the web, but I wasn't able to find anything. So we'll see how my maiden loaf of bread turns out tomorrow! I shall report back.

Well made, accurate temperature, folds for compact storage

This proofing box seems to be well made with smooth running zippers. It folds fairly flat for easy storage. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It comes with a metal rack, and the top window makes it easy to monitor your dough. The wall insulation is sufficient to keep the outside of the box from getting too hot to touch. With the box inside temperature at 130°F, the outside wall temperature was 88°F. The temperature inside the box matches what you set on the display within a few degrees. I measured the time it took to reach the set temperatures (see below).Test results using an Infrared Thermometer gun:70°F to 100°F in 3.5 minutes70°F to 120°F in 7 minutes70°F to 130°F in 9 minutesNOTE: The automatic shutoff timer minimum time is 1 hour, and you can only set it in one-hour increments.

Accurate temperature well-made proofing box

I am very happily surprised with this proofing box. It's made from a sturdy material that is easy to clean and fold flat for easy storage. I love how the top has a window so I could peek and keep an eye on everything inside. The material/build keeps it at a safe outside temperature to the touch and it looks really nice on the counter. This was very easy to use. The inside temperature gauge is accurate and it made the proofing process quicker and I am very happy with this product.
