Just what I needed

I've had time to use this several times. It's a game changer. The weather was getting colder. So the house got a bit chilly at night. I fed my starter and put it in the box overnight on like 72, 73 degrees. My starter has triped by morning time. (The first time it over flowed.) And my bread turned out better. It raised higher and was super soft inside. I think this is my new way, year around.

Great proofing box

This proofing box made a huge difference in my sourdough. My house tends to run cold and my oven doesn’t provide a good environment for proofing. It folds nicely to put away when not in use. I’ve only used this a few times but it’s very functional and easy to use. It is a bit bulky so you need some space for this to sit. Heat consistency may be off just a bit but that’s strictly my opinion. My sourdough loved it.
