Inaccurate temperature reading, missing items.

Temperature not calibrated, missing instructions/manual.The package arrived on time but was missing the instruction manual. I put a digital thermometer in the box as I cannot get the temperature on the monitor to read accurately. It’s about 4 degrees above the target temperature I’ve set. This is not practical to use to monitor my proofing temperature as I have to guess it is accurate. Product support is inexistent.

At first, I was disappointed in this. The power connector didn't fit well into the unit. It took some doing, but I managed to force it together. I'm glad I did... I've used this to proof bread, soften butter and warm medication. It's a great way to keep something at a steady temperature, and folds up nicely for storage.

Love this dough proofer!

Love this dough proofer. Several other sellers have very high prices for the same model. Purchased this one on sale and it is very much worth the $$ spent. Very easy to use. Functions as described. Inside panels easily wipe clean. Perfect size for holding a large bowl or multiple starter jars. Very good quality. Temp control unit and temp inside the box match and stays consistent. You do need some muscle to plug the unit together, but once it’s plugged, you’re good to go. Had an issue, contacted the seller, and 100% satisfaction obtained within two days.
