It took me a minute to figure out the control, but once I did, this has worked very well in my kitchen. I really look forward to using it the winter months for my sourdough, since I keep the house at about 65 degrees. The rack keeps the container from direct contact with the box. The zipper seems sturdy, and the whole box seems well made. I don't usually like to review many products soon after purchase because I want time to make sure they hold up and because so many items are so poorly made. But this seems to be a good product.
