Easy to Use, Easy to Clean, Easy to Store - and Works Great!

This size of this proofer is amazing! I can't believe that it breaks down into a box 2" high for storage and then is extremely large once it's set up. I can set three bread pans in it side by side and they almost fit, two will be a little tilted but that doesn't bother the bread! In addition, I stacked them two high with a cooling rack between them and I believe there's also room for a third row if you needed it - as long as your bread doesn't proof over the top of the pan.For yogurt, this proofer holds my six four-cup Ball jars and makes them look small. I got it because my old yogurt maker only held one container of yogurt - not a problem any more with this one! The cord is long enough that you have a bit of leeway in where you put it in your kitchen. It heated up to 104 in about 15 minutes, and the thermometer that is attached to the cord is accurate against my other cooking thermometer. It's definitely easy to set up and use and the timer goes up to 48 hours. The best bonus is that it's easy to wipe out or even wash with dish soap if you want to.
