This is a wonderful proofing setup. I use it for my bulk fermentation and proofing bread. It folds up nicely and takes up little storage space. It is simple to use, just plug it in and set your desired temperature.
Perfect size for me. Our home is heated in the winter by a wood stove and will need this to bake bread in the winter. Easy to use. Heating up is good, thermostate is questionable. The only thing in the design that could be improved is some LED lighting to clearly view your proof through the plastic view on top of the proofer. All and all it was a good value if lasts.
I bought this because I wanted to make sourdough but my house stays on the cold side. The temp fluctuates more than I thought it would, but it's easy to use, large enough for two boule bannetons and does what you need it to do. I use it for my starter and to proof same-day sourdough loaves. Definitely worth the price.

Temperature range not as stated. Only 72-122°. Thermostat isn’t close to accurate. Set to 122° barely got to 90°. I placed a thermometer inside to get an accurate reading. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Buy a different brand.
Its great and has helped in maintaining consistent temps.
In the ad for this product and in its users manual it mentions a ‘water tray’ that is to be filled during use.There is no such ‘water tray’ shown in the ad or contained in the box of the product I received.
